Responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the organization’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company objectives. This role includes managing payroll processing, government-mandated benefits, and company-provided perks; conducting salary and benefits benchmarking; and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The Compensation & Benefits Officer also supports employee engagement by addressing compensation and benefits-related inquiries and providing guidance to both employees and management.
