Job Title: Construction Foreman
Reports To: Project Engineer / Site Supervisor
Salary: 800-950
Location: Marilao Bulacan
Job Summary:
The Foreman oversees daily operations at the construction site, ensures work is completed according to specifications, and supervises laborers and skilled tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers (welders, masons, helpers, etc.)
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure quality of work and compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor materials and supplies, and report shortages.
- Communicate progress and issues to the project manager.
- Assist in scheduling and workforce allocation.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a construction foreman or team leader.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php800.00 - Php950.00 per day
