Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of retail construction projects, including new store builds, remodels, tenant improvements, and rollout programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of retail construction practices to ensure high-quality, on-budget, and on-time delivery of all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple retail construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, vendors, and general contractors.
- Ensure adherence to company brand standards, design specifications, and landlord requirements.
- Create and manage construction schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with local building codes and corporate guidelines.
- Oversee site logistics, permitting, utility coordination, and construction phasing.
- Resolve issues related to delays, change orders, vendor performance, or site conditions.
- Report on project progress, risks, and key milestones to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Work closely with store operations, real estate, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing retail construction projects (multi-site experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction, tenant fit-outs, and retail remodels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, PlanGrid).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of retail workflows and critical path timelines.
- Ability to travel to job sites across multiple regions as needed.

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
