QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in
- Strong knowledge of railway safety standards, telecom systems, and infrastructure development.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in constructor management software and project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6 and MS Project).
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics, GSM-R, and structured cabling.
- Certifications in Construction Management, Safety (e.g., COSH), and Project Management (PMP) are an advantage.
- Needs to support AFC (Automatic Fare Collection) as well.
- Coordinate with P6 planner for proper scheduling of activities and progress reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php135,000.00 per month
