Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team while driving business development and account management efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise, customer service acumen, and the ability to negotiate effectively in order to achieve company goals.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the sales team, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Oversee account management activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business development and assess competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and partners to secure favorable terms that benefit the organization.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and improve overall performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and team progress for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management or marketing roles, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Have proven experience in selling properties/houses/condominuim/lot
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong account management skills, demonstrating an ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent customer service orientation, with a focus on meeting client needs effectively.
- Technical sales experience is highly desirable, particularly in understanding product specifications and applications.
- Demonstrated business development skills, including the ability to identify opportunities for growth in various markets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Willing to start immediately
Work schedule: Monday-Saturday 8AM -5PM
