Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage solar energy projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale solar installations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage solar projects, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress to meet project objectives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Maintain communication with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management
- Oversee resource allocation, procurement, and logistics for solar projects
- Conduct site assessments and manage project scheduling, construction, and commissioning phases
- Ensure quality control and handle the final project handover to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- Experience in Droop Control is advantage
- Proven experience as a Project Manager at least 3years
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, technologies, and installation processes
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles, including risk management, budgeting, and scheduling
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willing to travel to project sites as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
