In this role, you will be trained to provide structure, standardization, and support for project management processes, ensuring that projects align with business objectives and deliver value.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Coordinator to support the execution and oversight of strategic Human Capital Management initiatives. This role plays a key part in managing governance structures, enabling delivery of AI-driven transformation initiatives, and ensuring timely and accurate project reporting.
You will work closely with HR leaders, technology teams, business management, and external partners to ensure initiatives are governed effectively and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Governance and Committee Support
• Coordinate the scheduling, agenda setting, and minute-taking for governance committees and steering committees related to HCM and Gen AI programs
• Maintain action logs, decision registers, and follow-up mechanisms for committee deliverables
• Ensure timely circulation of meeting materials, decks, and key reports to senior stakeholders
GenAI and Strategic Initiatives Support
• Assist in tracking Gen AI and HR initiatives across various workstreams
• Support initiative owners in maintaining project plans, roadmaps, and benefit realization metrics
• Ensure integration of AI projects into broader HR governance structures and reporting
PMO & Portfolio Coordination
• Support program-level dashboards and portfolio tracking across all HR initiatives
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date project repository, risk and issue logs, and dependency trackers
• Provide coordination support for project tollgates, stage reviews, and planning cycles
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Prepare executive-ready decks and reports for C-level and committee reviews
• Coordinate communications between HCM, Technology, and Enterprise PMO stakeholders
• Support change and communication activities related to project governance
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
• Relevant experience in a PMO, Project Coordination, or Business Analyst role, ideally within the banking or financial services industry
• Experience with governance frameworks, Steer-Co support, and executive reporting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project/portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar) is a plus
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• PMP or Prince2 Foundation certification
• Familiarity with GenAI applications in HR or workforce intelligence tools
• Strong proficiency in English
