- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok).
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply them to increase campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, marketing, product) to ensure content consistency and alignment.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics and social media KPIs; prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments/messages, and foster positive interactions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
