Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Control Tower Specialist to join our logistics and supply chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing load schedules, consolidating shipments, ensuring accurate data entry, and maintaining a smooth logistics operation using SAP and other tools. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational visibility and efficient coordination across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry in SAP and internal systems
- Schedule and consolidate loads across various carriers and lanes to optimize transport efficiency
- Apply level loading techniques to balance workload across timelines and avoid bottlenecks
- Monitor and update logistics operations through the control tower dashboard or systems
- Proactively communicate via email with internal teams, vendors, and partners regarding shipment status and exceptions
- Ensure timely resolution of issues related to shipments, schedules, or system updates.
- Generate reports and share logistics updates with key stakeholders
- Maintain strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring best practices are followed
Qualifications:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain role.
- Proficient in SAP
- Strong understanding of scheduling, load consolidation, and level loading practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially through email.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
