The Cost Control Supervisor is responsible for timely reporting of raw material and supply costs across key departments (Food & Beverage, Rooms, Engineering, Administration). He/She also reviews reports on food, beverage, and general inventory transactions and prepares daily F&B cost reports and manages month-end inventory counts and control reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any relevant course
- At least 2-3 years accounting experience in hotel industry
- Knowledge in cost control management and systems particularly Check SCM
- Knowledge in asset control and monitoring
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
