About the team
In this role you will be working closely with content creators/influencers, driving the growth of eCommerce. To acquire, incubate and nurture the creators for the Lifestyle Category.
Responsibilities
- Growing and nurturing creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication
- Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for creators to increase their content production diligence and increase creators' earning potential on eCommerce Platform.
- Organise activities for creators to improve content quality and understanding of eCommerce policies both online and offline
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive creator growth
- Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy platform growth
- Manage and control creator budget planning to ensure healthy return on investment for platform
- Become familiar with internal creator management tools and e-commerce related functions for creators
- Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders both internally and externally
- Support all creator-related operational tasks when required
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in community management or influencer management
- Proven ability to plan and execute online and offline event
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a content creator is a plus
- Analytical and data-driven mindset to track performance
- Prior experience in e-commerce is strongly preferred
