Investigates history and credit standing of individual or business establishments applying for loan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews loan application and requirements of loan applicant
- Validates the information reflected on loan application by conducting interview with loan applicant
- Verifies loan applicant’s personal data, financial data and credit history through trade checking, bank checking, company/employment verification and credit investigation
- Verifies loan applicant’s payment history of previous or existing loan/s with other financing institutions
- Prepares accurate and reliable Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM)
- Endorses the Credit Approval Memorandum to Immediate Superior and Credit Committee for approval
- Informs the loan applicant regarding the status of account or additional document/ requirement to be complied
- Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements:
- Preferably with at least six (6) months experience in loan/credit review or related
- Has knowledge in credit analysis, loans/credit operations
- With own motorcycle and valid driver's license
- Willing to do fieldwork
- With strong analytical, judgment and decision-making skills
- Must be innovative and creative in approach to loan/credit review process
- Self-motivated and has the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Has keen attention to details and has good communication skills
- Should know proper telephone etiquette/has the ability to handle different personalities well
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
