Ensure that the documents of the crew are valid and in compliance with the principal requirements.

Endorse crew for Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME), Pre-departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) and monitors their status.

Coordinate with the Documentation Officer regarding Flag state and visa requirements.

Coordinate with the Liaison Officer regarding POEA Contracts.

Ensure that on-signers had undergone the safety video viewing / briefing, final briefing procedures, receive their supplies and documents before dispatch.

Coordinate with the Finance Center regarding travel allowance and crew allotment information.

Encodes and updates crew documents in the Database.
Handles the releasing of crew documents prior embarkation.
Perform such other functions and duties as may be assigned to you by your immediate supervisor.
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree/College Degree in any field;
