Responsibilities
- Provide necessary assistance to the Crewing Department in all activities required to satisfy the requirements of Pacific Basin ships particularly for their Crew;
- Works under the direct supervision of Assistant Personnel Manager/Crewing Supervisor;
- File and preparation of all documents and certificates as per checklist for lined-up seafarers;
- Contact seafarers on vacation for possible line-up;
- Endorse and monitor medical results with the company Pre-Employment Medical Examination clinic three days after medical examination;
- Prepare contracts and Check information sheets of seafarers before endorsing on to Liaison Officer for processing;
- Monitor/Check Australian Maritime Crew Visas.;
- Prepare/Monitor the processing and release of POEA employment contracts;
- Ensure transit visa of joining crew if required;
- Ensure the status of flag states licenses, certificates and other documents as required for joining seafarers;
- Arrange flights for joining/off signing crew members;
- Prepare pre-joining guarantee letter, appointment letter, rebate letter (as required by the airlines) and guidelines for passing through NAIA;
- Coordinate and monitor the E-receipt of seafarers;
- Ensure that flight details are emailed to Master, Agent and Principal promptly;
- Coordinate with Training & Stores Asst. on the issuance of uniforms and working gear and In-house training;
- Update 201 files of seafarers and ensure they are kept secure;
- Maintain and file the dispatch check list into dividable seafarers file;
- Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of non-conformities and recording of problems in all crew related matters;
- Checking of contracts prior processing;
- Checking of joining crew fares claim for those residing in provinces;
- Checking of pre joining letters, i.e. Letter to Master, Appointment Letter and Guarantee Letter;
- Act as the back-up for the License Officer with the following duties:
- - Updating address & Contact number of Crew;- Encoding new crew to DNV-GL;- Applying Maritime Crew Visa;- Encoding Appraisal for Ratings;- Applying HK Flag Licenses;- Updating HK Applications Status and Uploading HK License to docushare;- Updating for encoding new documents of crew to DNV-GL;- Make sea service requested by crew;- Character Check for New crew;- Type CV of applicants as required;- Scanning Documents of new crew/ex-crew;- Performs any other lawful orders directed by the management; and
- Any other duties consistent with the nature of your position as directed from time to time by your superiors..

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
