Job description
A. Operations
Solicit and attend in customer bookings throughout the entire process of Import and Exportation.
Prepare and review shipping documents, including HBL, MBL, commercial invoices, packing list, and Certificates of origin
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their import and export logistics requirements
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and monitor the entire logistics procedure. (Operations, Principal and Accounting)
Assist in resolving issues related to shipments, delays, and customers clearance
Facilitate smooth communication between clients, carriers, and customs authorities
Timely preparation and processing of shipping documentation (Import and Export) ex.HBL, MBL, Billing documents, Carriers Invoice
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues related to logistics services
Stay informed about industry developments and proactively share relevant information with customers
Avoid unnecessary charges such as amendment and late manifest
Provides up to date details to avoid demurrage detention
C. Customer Satisfaction
Provides timely accurate and complete information
Handle customer complaints, provider appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Follow communication guidelines and policies
Requirement :
Must be a graduate of BS Administration / BS Customs Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
Background or experience with Logistic/Shipping/Freight Forwarding.
Willing to be train.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Amenable to work/relocate in San Pedro, Laguna.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
