We are looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven individual to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Executive. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in freight forwarding and a strong understanding of shipping processes, customer service, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage shipment or cargo details in the logistics platform to ensure data availability for processing and tracking.
- Analyze and compute key shipment details such as volume, weight, route, charges, and other logistics metrics.
- Serve as a communication bridge for ongoing shipments—coordinating updates, resolving issues, and reporting shipment status.
- Deliver professional and timely support to clients by responding to inquiries and providing accurate shipping information.
- Maintain proper documentation and assist with organizing essential files and shipment records as needed.
- Handle front-desk tasks, answer calls and emails, and assist customers with their general concerns.
- Arrange logistics services for client locations by liaising with customers and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Work alongside other departments and contribute to various logistics functions based on business needs or management instructions.
- Assist with customs clearance procedures and coordinate shipment releases at ports or terminals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
