QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any related field.
- Previous experience of at least 2 years in customer service and technical support roles.
- Preferably with background in construction industry.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and technical issues.
- Knowledge of relevant computer systems, applications, and tools.
- Ability to learn and understand complex technical concepts.
- Willing to do field work.
- Can start ASAP.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIIES:
- Interact with customers to address technical inquiries and general questions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Provide technical support by resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally and ensuring positive customer experience.
- Manage technical service groups (plumbers and technicians); prepare weekly service schedules and ensure timely dispatch of technical personnel.
- Conceptualize and conduct product training (independently or in collaboration with Principals / Suppliers) to technical service groups and Sales teams to keep them updated on new products and technologies.
- Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department and responding to customer issues and concerns via different channels (face-to-face, phone-in, SMS, website/online) in a timely manner
