Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative Officer you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support for their brokerage and investment account needs. You will handle inquiries related to trading, account management, platform navigation, and financial transactions while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist clients with account setup, transfers, funding, and general account maintenance.
- Educate clients on brokerage platform features, tools, and resources.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trades, transactions, or account discrepancies.
- Ensure all interactions are logged and documented according to company standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Stay current on financial products, regulatory changes, and internal procedures.
- Support compliance and risk management by following all company and industry guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling client information.
Qualifications:
- Preferably with Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration
- At least 1 year experience in customer service
- Experience working in logistics industry is an advantage
- With excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Willing to work in Ayala Alabang

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
