Core Responsibilities
- Handle support tickets and live chat
- Troubleshoot basic hosting issues
- De-escalate difficult customers
- Escalate complex cases to senior staff
- Follow-up to ensure resolution
- Meet response time & CSAT targets
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years CS experience (any industry)
- Intermediate computer & internet skills
- Independent, empathetic, and patient
- Open to night/weekend shifts
- Willing to learn web hosting

- Excellent written English
- Conflict resolution & calm under pressure
- Problem-solving & attention to detail
- Multitasking & 40+ WPM typing
- Willing to learn new tools & tech

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
