Responsibilities:
- Handles customers' inquiries, issues and concerns, provide accurate information in a timely and responsive manner to build trust and confidence in Essilor's services and products.
- Anticipates customers' needs and potential problems. Seek out ways to increase client satisfaction.
- To process sales orders (via fax, phone, email etc.) promptly and accurately.
- To manage stock adjustments or returned stock.
- Work closely with sales, production and dispatch department to ensure prompt delivery of products to customers.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably 4-year course graduate
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
