What You’ll Do:
- Be the bridge between clients and creative teams—gather info, clarify needs, and manage timelines.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to provide design input and edits.
- Track project revisions and ensure timely, high-quality output.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of BPO customer service experience.
- 1+ year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Client-facing experience and ability to work night shift.
