Interacts with customers both internal and external to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and grievances. Ensures the proper implementation of all income generating schemes of the marketing department. The CSA's are also the front-liners of the NCCC Rewards Club.
Qualifications:
- Has completed at least 2 years in college or a senior high school graduate
- Has active listening skills
- Has knowledge in customer service
- Has excellent oral and written communication skills
- No minimum work experience required
