· Answer calls and inquiries from interested SureServ app users and partners
· Assist current SureServ users and partners on their inquiries and needs
· Handle concerns of SureServ app users and provide solutions
· Inform SureServ app users on upcoming promos and events
· Contact applicants on the status of their application
