JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Work at home setup with stable Internet, computer, headset
- Must have a Bachelor's degree (college graduate)
- Must have excellent English speaking and listening skills
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will answering phone calls from patients and assisting them with inquiries including scheduling, medication refill, lab results, etc.
- You will be handling about 80 calls in a typical 8 hour shift
