Arbitrail MNL Inc is expanding! We are hiring Customer Service Representatives and Supervisors to join our growing BPO team. You will be part of a 44-member support team providing world-class service for a leading travel industry client.
This is your chance to be part of a high-performing group that works with hotels, customers, and suppliers via inbound and outbound calls, and Zendesk ticketing system. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls as needed.
- Handle customer reservation inquiries, assist with booking issues, and provide support related to hotel and supplier coordination.
- Resolve customer issues via Zendesk and log interactions efficiently.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the client’s team.
- Deliver consistent and high-quality customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience (Travel account experience is a plus).
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM/ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Based in Metro Manila or nearby areas and willing to work on-site in Ortigas.
