What is your mission?
We are looking for a results-driven Customer Service Representative with a strong background in client support, order processing, and problem resolution. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can handle escalated issues with professionalism, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Handle escalated customer issues with urgency and care
- Answer inbound calls and chats from multiple accounts
- Respond to inquiries from various channels: email, voicemail, fax, and phone
- Process new customer orders and provide order updates
- Resolve service concerns by assessing customer needs and determining best solutions
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Recommend related or promotional products to drive additional sales
- Maintain strong attendance, punctuality, and adaptability
- Foster positive relationships with both internal teams and customers
- Share best practices to support team success
- Consistently achieve sales and service level targets
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in billing and invoice processing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must submit an audio clip (voice sample)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.)
- Flexible schedule—willing to work on holidays and weekends if needed

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
