Job Description:
- Provide night shift technical support via online chat and phone to U.S. and European customers, with a focus on xTool’s laser cutting and engraving products.
- Respond to customer inquiries, accurately document issues, and deliver timely, effective solutions.
- Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to ensure complete resolution of service-related concerns.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty
