Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients across our bridal and fashion services. This is a client-facing role requiring a calm, personable communicator who can confidently handle video introductions, inbound enquiries, phone calls, and ongoing client communications. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimising our CRM system in HubSpot, ensuring the customer journey is seamless, tracked, and exceeds luxury service expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management
● Conduct introductory video calls with bridal and VIP clients.
● Answer incoming phone calls and manage real-time client enquiries with a composed, knowledgeable approach.
● Respond promptly and gracefully to emails, social media messages, and form submissions across platforms.
● Manage appointment bookings, reminders, and rescheduling with impeccable attention to detail.
CRM & Data Management (HubSpot)
● Own day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM, ensuring all client interactions, notes, preferences, and pipeline stages are updated in real-time.
● Create and track deals across bridal, ready-to-wear, and custom services pipelines.
● Tag and segment leads appropriately for personalized communication and targeted follow-ups.
● Generate reports and insights from HubSpot to support team decisions and enhance the customer journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile
● 2+ years in a luxury, fashion, bridal or high-end customer service environment.
● Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with a polished and engaging manner.
● Confident hosting client-facing video calls and calls with a poised, calm tone.
● Experience with HubSpot CRM (or a similar CRM system) is essential.
● Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client threads simultaneously.
● Emotionally intelligent, intuitive, and capable of tailoring interactions to diverse personalities.

Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
