Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, create dashboards, and present actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel)
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with business units to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Support data-driven decision-making across departments
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses
- Use statistical methods to solve business problems and forecast outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Knowledge of statistical programming (e.g., Python, R) is a plus
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
