*Bachelor's degree preferably BS-ECE or equivalent
*With good communication and management experience
*With experience with PLDT/Globe(priority) FTTH/FTTx and OSP survey & design
*At least 2-5 years of experience in OSP Design and/or Telecommunication infrastracture
*Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Earth, and fiber optic network planning, Microsoft Apps esp. Excel and BOQ creation
*With experience leading teams, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance in quality standards
*Strong background in project management, budgetting and team leadership
