Position Title: Account Manager – Digital Advertising
Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite once a week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to lead and manage digital advertising campaigns for a range of clients. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of advertising strategies that drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business goals and marketing objectives
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular updates, meetings, and strategic input
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic tools
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Create and present customized strategies aligned with client goals
- Analyze campaign metrics, generate actionable insights, and prepare comprehensive reports
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to grow client accounts
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies cutting-edge
- Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and ensure campaigns stay on track
- Oversee project workflow and ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in account management, preferably within a digital advertising agency or environment
- Solid understanding of major digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic insights
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
- Results-driven with a passion for staying ahead in the digital marketing space
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
