• Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in driving Auro Chocolate's online presence and growth. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and website copy, that aligns with Auro Chocolate's brand voice and messaging.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow Auro Chocolate's social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) by creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and monitoring trends.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) and drive organic traffic.
• Email Marketing: Create and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and drive customer engagement.
• Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to reach the target audience and generate leads.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
• Website Maintenance: Assist with website updates and maintenance to ensure a positive user experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience with content creation, social media management, and SEO.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
