Centaur Digital Marketing PH Inc., a Public Relations (PR) & Digital Marketing agency is looking for an Accounts Support to join the team.
As an Account Support you will work closely with the account executives and the internal team members to deliver high-quality work and meet client expectations . Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the accounts team, this includes the following:
- schedule meetings, managing calendars, do PR Kits preparation (packaging and coordinating with the deliveries)
- drafting and responding to emails, letters, and other forms of communication on behalf of the accounts team.
- communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth information flow and project coordination.
- addressing inquiries promptly, providing accurate information, and escalating issues to appropriate team members when needed.
- keeping detailed records of all communications for reference and ensuring timely follow-ups on pending matters.
- Act as a support contact for clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Maintain and update client databases, marketing materials, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, including managing social media, email marketing, and event planning.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
- Generate and analyze marketing reports to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Support Account Executives, Managers, and Directors in executing and monitoring projects to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and diligence in following up on assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Digital, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh Graduate | 6 months - 1 year experience | OJT experience under PR & Digital Marketing Industry.
- Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup.
SKILLS:
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver ideas effectively.
- Independent, proactive, and self-motivated team player.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and quickly adapt to new challenges.
- Proficient in advanced software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.

- Exam Submission:
- After receiving your application, an HR representative will email you the exam.
- Initial Interview:
- Once you pass the exam, we will schedule you for an initial interview within 2-3 working days after exam submission.
- Departmental Interview (Second Interview):
- If you pass the initial interview, a second interview will be scheduled 1 week after your initial interview. Please take note that it may take up to 2 weeks depending on the availability of the interviewer.
- Final Interview:
- The last step is the final interview with the CEO | Managing Director, which may take one week or more, depending on their availability.
