As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales. They will collaborate closely with various departments, manage multiple digital channels, and analyze performance data to ensure successful and impactful campaigns. This role requires a balance of creativity and data-driven insights to enhance user experience, increase conversions, and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and SEO specialists to align digital strategies
- Coordinate cross-channel campaigns to maintain consistency and maximize reach
- Optimize website content, structure, and keywords for higher search rankings
- Conduct keyword and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor SEO performance and implement improvements to increase visibility
- Optimize the e-commerce platform for better SEO and higher conversions
- Launch retargeting and cart abandonment campaigns to recover lost sales
- Develop and implement content strategies across blogs, videos, and infographics
- Work with the social media team to ensure SEO-optimized, on-brand content
- Create social media campaigns aligned with brand goals and product launches
- Track influencer collaborations and measure impact on brand performance
- Launch and optimize email campaigns for promotions, newsletters, and updates
- Segment lists, personalize content, and A/B test for higher engagement
- Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Optimize ad targeting, bidding, and budget allocation for maximum ROI
- Track digital KPIs using Google Analytics and other platforms
- Provide regular reports and data-driven recommendations to refine strategy
- Conduct A/B testing and user behavior analysis to improve conversions
- Develop retention campaigns, loyalty programs, and re-engagement initiatives
- Stay updated on trends, new tools, and platform innovations
- Experiment with emerging marketing tactics and platforms
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-efficient execution
- Collaborate with finance for reporting and budget tracking
- Attend trainings and recommend upskilling opportunities for the team
- Ensure all digital efforts comply with data privacy regulations
- Update marketing practices in line with evolving privacy laws
- Handle other marketing-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills based on campaign data
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
- Effective communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and CRO strategies
- Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize ROI
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
- A/B testing and CRO experience is an advantage
- Willingness to attend training and support team development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
