Job Summary:
The Digital Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s digital marketing efforts. This position is responsible for overseeing digital campaigns, managing digital content and assets, and ensuring strategic alignment across multiple platforms including web, social media, email, and mobile. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior team members and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of digital projects in line with business objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for planning, creation, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns.
2. Responsible for the development of traffic generation and communication strategies.
3. Coordinates, implements, and monitors promotions, brand partnerships, and customer communications including email, mobile, point of sale, and other digital and social media platforms and reports on results.
4. Coordinates digital promotional admin tasks such as member or winner prizes & competition permits.
5. Creates and coordinates product & other image sample requirements to be used for website, email, and other social media sites as deemed necessary.
6. Establishes priorities and campaign schedules to ensure smooth and on-time execution of digital efforts.
7. Helps train and work with Digital Planner for consolidation of digital plans.
8. Prepares regular reports and submits to line manager based on agreed timelines (like ManCom, project list, brand performance, budget appropriation, and management review).
9. Assists in varied administrative duties to support the Digital department. Performs other tasks and duties that may be assigned upon proper coordination and training.
Particular Knowledge and Experience Required
Education & Training: College graduate of four (4) year courses preferably in Multimedia Arts or similar degree. Knowledge of digital & social media marketing and the opportunities it presents.
Experience: With 2-3 years experience in a similar role or within a creative or digital agency would be advantageous though not mandatory.
Skills:
- With excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must have strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to plan and optimize campaigns across digital platforms.
- They should be proficient in paid media, social media management, and data analysis tools like Meta Ads Manager.
- Leadership in project and team management is essential, along with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- They must also oversee content and creative outputs, ensuring brand alignment and trend relevance.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is expected, along with adaptability to the fast-changing digital landscape.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
