Director of B2B Business Operations – Sales and Marketing

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of B2B Business Operations to lead and oversee our Sales and Marketing strategy, operations, and execution for our office printing solutions business. This role will drive business growth, manage key partnerships, and implement effective go-to-market strategies tailored for corporate and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute B2B sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the office printing solutions sector.
- Sales Operations:
- Lead and manage national/regional sales teams to meet revenue targets.
- Establish strong sales forecasting, pipeline development, and customer relationship management (CRM) processes.
- Marketing Management:
- Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and branding to enhance market presence.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing initiatives with product features and market demand.
- Client & Partner Engagement:
- Build long-term relationships with key corporate clients, channel partners, and OEMs.
- Lead major negotiations, RFPs, and enterprise-level solution proposals.
- Business Optimization:
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to drive continuous improvement.
- Streamline internal operations for efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is a strong advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Industry experience in office printing solutions, managed print services, or IT hardware solutions is required.
- Proven success in leading national/regional teams and delivering revenue growth.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles, solution selling, and key account management.
- Expertise in product positioning, pricing strategy, and digital marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php310,000.00 - Php330,000.00 per month
