Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the distribution and logistics process
- Oversees the loading, unloading, and delivery of goods, and manages fleet operations
- Handles the receiving, storing, shipping, and delivery of goods in a safe and efficient manner
- Keeps track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and operational efficiency
- Monitors and maintains stock levels and inventory accuracy
- Ensures compliance with safety and security standards in warehouse and fleet operations
- Coordinates with other departments in the supply chain for timely delivery of goods
- Arranges warehouse layout, plans delivery routes, and processes shipments
- Resolves distribution-related problems or customer complaints
- Develops and maintains good relationships with suppliers and customers
- Supervises, coaches, and trains the warehouse and logistics workforce
- Monitors and manages performance of staff and vendors
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any four-year course
- With experience in dispatching deliveries
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
