Everkkeen Marketing Inc. is a Bacolod-based company dedicated to the distribution and marketing of high-quality consumer products. With a strong foothold in the Visayas region, we are now preparing to expand our reach into Metro Manila. We aim to build an efficient and scalable distribution network to support this growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day distribution operations in Manila, including management, order fulfillment, and transportation logistics.
- Develop and implement scalable distribution systems to support company growth.
- Lead the setup and operationalization of new distribution hubs in Metro Manila.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transport partners, and local suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely, accurate deliveries across all channels.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to meet service-level goals.
- Implement cost-effective distribution strategies without compromising service quality.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all locations.
- Recruit and train logistics and warehouse personnel as operations expand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in distribution or logistics management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
- Experience managing regional logistics operations or overseeing expansion projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP).
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and/or relocate for short periods during Metro Manila expansion.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of logistics infrastructure and regulatory requirements in Metro Manila.
- Experience working with hybrid distribution models (direct-to-store, B2B, and e-commerce fulfillment).
- Certifications in supply chain or logistics (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, Lean).
