Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals
- Supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed
- Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team
- Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits
- Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, discipline, retention and termination
- Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements
- Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors
- Build strong relationships with customer for business growth and contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review
- Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements
- Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects
- Promote products of the company, deliver products of the company and collect payments from the clients
- Other task that will be assigned by the management that will be beneficial and profitable to the company
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree on Life Sciences or Business related courses, Master's degree will be an advantage
- 2-3 years of solid experience in sales operations including sales forecasting in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Experience in leading and coaching large teams in a complex environment
- Proficiency on MS Office application (Excel, Power-point, Word, ETC.)
- Knows how to drive a four-wheel vehicle and should have a legitimate driver's license
- Ability to work on an extended schedule, which may include nights, weekends and early morning and the possibility of rendering overtime
