- Maintain, manage and monitor all company documents.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company and construction industry regulations.
- Control the retrieval of documents.
- Receive and process Requests for Information (RFIs) from employees or clients.
- Manage the processes around documentation within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written communication abilities.
- Competent in scheduling and managing multiple priorities.
