SPECIFIC DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED:
- Coordinates with Project Supervisor for any additional site requirements for TSSR.
- Provide regular updates to the Documentation Lead, Supervisor or Project Manager on the status of report encoding.
- Coordinate with field engineers/survey teams to clarify any incomplete, unclear, or conflicting data.
- Accurately encode all details from field Site Survey Reports (TSSR, Power Survey, etc.) into the designated templates or One APP systems.
- Ensure completeness, consistency, and correctness of all data before submission.
- Cross-check site codes, coordinates, photos, and technical data with supporting documents.
- Maintain a structured digital filing system for survey reports and supporting files (photos, sketches, approvals, etc.).
- Ensure backup and version control of documents to avoid data loss or duplication.
- Apply updates on encoding templates based on client or internal revision.
- Track pending or missing reports and follow up to ensure timely submission and encoding.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with client formats, naming conventions, and quality standards.
- Ensure submission timelines are met in coordination with the project schedule.
- Maintain logs of submitted, pending, and encoded site survey report.
- Attend meetings with clients.
- Assist in documentation tasks related to other project deliverables (e.g., BFT, PAT, PAC as-built reports) as needed.
- Adhere to company and client data security protocols.
- May assume roles as maybe required in the project or as per instruction from his/her immediate Superior.
QUALIFICATION/STANDARDS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (IT or Computer Science graduates are an advantage)
- Willing to learn, undergo training, and work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Access) and other data entry programs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to remain professional under pressure
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while completing work efficiently and on time
- Quick to process and organize information with accuracy
