Jewel Cafe is a specialty store for buying jewelry, watches, and bags.
It is a Japanese company with 250 stores in Japan, as well as stores in
Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore.
We are excited to announce the opening of our second store in the Philippines at the
Easwood in Quezon city.
Our goal is to create a stylish and comfortable buying experience,
where customers can visit as casually as they would a café. Every day,
you can see a variety of jewelry, bags, and watches. Let’s provide the best hospitality to our customers

◎Job responsibility
・Work in Jewel Cafe in Eastwood Mall
・Attend customers and provide good customer service.
・Attending calls and sharing the business concept with the customers.
・Prepare and deliver appropriate services to the customers that come to sell their items.
・Good team spirit and working together with partners to achieve better results.
・Perform well in daily routine tasks (shop opening and closing).
・Support the appraisal after training
☆Job requirements
・Diploma / Degree holder in any field of study or any working experience.
・No experience candidates are welcome to apply.
・Proficient in English
・Able to work in shift rotation including weekends and Public Holiday.
・Good with computer and knowledge of MS Office.
・Interested in and willing to learn about appraisals
・Self-discipline and punctuality are essential.
・Customer service oriented, team player, initiative, positive-minded & respectful of others.
・Possess own transport.
☆From when
The opening schedule is the end of July and your starting work will be around end of June 2025.
but we are pleased to understand you that this may change depending on construction and opening status.
☆Payment
25,000PHP/month
☆Working hour
・working hour: shift basis,10am-22pm,in accordance with mall rules
・8h working/day
・5days working/2days leave including holiday
☆Probation period
6 months
☆Benefit
・3,000PHP（transportation allowance）
・Shift system (with the ability to request preferred days off)
・Paid leave: 10 days in the first year (5SL,5VL) up to a
maximum of 24 days (12SL,12VL) after the probation period
・13th-month bonus
