HR Employee Relations
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations (ER):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievance handling.
- Ensure labor law compliance and maintain harmonious employee-management relations.
- Lead investigations related to employee misconduct, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and conflict resolution strategies.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
Other HR Functions:
- Participate in policy creation and updates related to ER.
- Provide data-driven HR reports and insights to management.
- Collaborate with site HR and department heads to ensure alignment on HR practices.
- Support employee engagement and training initiatives related to compliance and employee welfare.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably with 2 years experience in a supervisory or team lead role focusing on ER.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compensation structures, and employee welfare programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
