Job Summary:
The Employee Relations Intern will support the Human Resources team in implementing and monitoring various HR initiatives and processes. This role offers hands-on exposure to key HR functions, including employee engagement, timekeeping, and compensation and benefits administration. The intern will assist in preparing HR documents, updating employee records, and coordinating internal communications and events. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in employee relations and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Support in maintaining and updating employee records.
- Help with the preparation of notices, memos, and other HR-related communications.
- Assist in conducting pulse surveys and summarizing results.
- Participate in presentations of HR reports.
- Provide administrative support during investigations and meetings, including note-taking and scheduling.
- Assist in monitoring attendance and supporting timekeeping audits and reports.
- Help in the administration of compensation and benefits by assisting with document processing, filing, and employee inquiries.
- Provide support in the processing of government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Types: OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate
Pay: Php400.00 - Php500.00 per day
