- Oversee Employee Relations Activities: Manage and implement employee relations programs and initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Conflict Resolution: Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts in a fair and timely manner, providing guidance to managers on performance management and disciplinary procedures.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure that company policies and practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes in legislation.
- Coaching and Support: Provide coaching and support to managers at all levels to address employee behavior and performance issues effectively.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of employee relations matters and generate reports on employee relations metrics to present findings to management.
