Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role on mining industry is an advantage
- Background in administrative or clerical work, preferably related to regulatory compliance or permitting.
- Strong communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Willing to relocate and work in Tubay, Agusan Del Norte
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track the status, expiration, renewal, and submission deadlines of all relevant environmental permits.
- Maintain an organized and centralized filing system (digital and/or physical) for permits and compliance-related documents.
- Prepare and submit regular status reports to management, detailing current permit standings, upcoming expirations, and renewal progress.
- Assist in gathering and compiling required documents and forms for permit applications and renewals.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes that may impact permit requirements and compliance obligations.
- Coordinate with government agencies to follow up and expedite permit processing when necessary.
- Support audit and inspection activities by ensuring all required documentation is complete and readily accessible.
