Qualifications:
- BS Industrial Technology or Bachelor of Technology Major in:
Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Automotive, Computer, Instrumentation
- Electrical Engineering Technology
- Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Electronics Engineering Technology
- Computer Engineering Technology
- Instrumentation Engineering Technology
- Automotive Engineering Technology
- Electro-Mechanical Technology
- Mechanical Engineering (For undergraduate at least completed 3rd year level with copy of grades.)
- 2 YEAR COURSE WILL DO INCASE WITH EXPERIENCE OF ATLEAST 2 YEARS & UP IN A SEMICON OR ELECTRONICS INDUSTRY AS TECHNICIAN
- EXPERIENCE IN FOL WIREBOND, DIE ATTACH, Diebond, MSW
- EXPERIENCE IN EOL MOLD, DTFS, LASERMARK
Skills & Abilities:
- Experience in FOL Wirebond, Die Attach, MSW
- Basic understanding and product knowledge of IC MOSFET Testing
- Familiarity with equipment such as TNR, Gravity Feed, Turret, Eagle, and TMT
- Experience in EOL Mold, DTFS, Laser mark
- Knowledge in SMT (Printer, Mounter, Flow) Operation and Maintenance.
- Knowledge in COB (Die Attach, Wirebond, Adhesive Dispenser) Operation and Maintenance.
- Knowledge in Back-End (Potting, Winding, Ovens) Operation and Maintenance.
- People Handling Skills.
- Intermediate skills in MS office.
