Job Responsibilities:
Brand Event Marketing Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing events in alignment with brand strategy to maximize brand exposure and drive user growth.
- Leverage social media trends to create highly shareable brand marketing events, enhancing brand engagement and audience retention.
- Design event marketing communication strategies, utilizing KOL collaborations, social media operations, PR strategies, and cross-industry partnerships to maximize market impact.
Cross-Department Collaboration & Resource Integration:
- Coordinate across branding, PR, social media, marketing, design, and product teams to efficiently implement event marketing initiatives.
- Expand and manage external partnerships, including MCN agencies, KOLs, celebrity management companies, and cross-industry brands, to optimize resource allocation and enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee project execution processes, including budget planning, supplier coordination, resource allocation, and event execution, ensuring brand consistency and maximizing marketing outcomes.
Event Execution & Performance Evaluation:
- Supervise on-site execution of event marketing projects, ensuring all activities align with brand identity and effectively handle unexpected situations.
- Monitor and analyze event performance metrics, including brand exposure, user growth, and social media engagement, to refine future marketing strategies.
- Continuously optimize brand marketing events, developing long-term, sustainable brand event IPs to strengthen brand loyalty and market competitiveness.
Job Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in event marketing, brand activations, or marketing campaign management, preferably in internet, entertainment, FMCG, or 4A advertising agencies.
- Proven experience in celebrity marketing, cross-industry partnerships, and KOL collaborations, with leadership in large-scale marketing events preferred.
- Strong ability to integrate external resources, with expertise in cross-industry collaborations, business negotiations, and strategic marketing partnerships.
Core Skills:
- Strong market insight, deep understanding of brand marketing strategies, user demands, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Project management expertise, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution within deadlines.
- Data analysis and performance evaluation, utilizing insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of facilitating collaboration across departments and external partners.
- Strong business negotiation skills, maximizing resource integration and brand exposure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven success in high-impact brand marketing events, including product launches, cross-industry marketing, and brand collaborations.
- Expertise in social media marketing, short-form video promotions, and live-stream commerce.
- Established connections with celebrities, KOLs, and MCN agencies, with the ability to quickly mobilize industry resources.
- Experience in brand IP creation, capable of developing sustainable, long-term brand marketing events.
