Vacant Position: HR Officer

SJGI is urgently looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Officer who will play a key role in end-to-end recruitment and employer branding efforts across the entire SJGI Group of Companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for rank & file up to executive level positions, including all Management Committee (ManCom) members of SJGI’s business units.
- Design and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top talent.
- Build and implement employer branding initiatives that strengthen SJGI’s presence as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably across multiple levels (including executive roles).
- Strong background in employer branding and recruitment marketing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Driven, organized, and results-oriented.
