Q Media 360 Advertising Corporation is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and executive team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of operations, communications, and administrative tasks at the leadership level. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.
- Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Serve as the communication liaison between the executive office and internal teams or external partners.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.
- Support special projects and handle day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Phone Etiquette
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
